Key Progress

The masonry works on the 14th floor have now been fully completed, reflecting consistent progress in the masonry phase and reinforcing the precision of the building’s overall finish. On the ground floor, plastering has reached 90 percent completion, revealing cleaner lines and a more polished architectural profile.
 
 

The marking for the MEP locations of the show apartment was completed with a high level of accuracy and coordination, setting out every point in advance to ensure flawless alignment during installation. This step highlights the project’s commitment to precision and quality, confirming that all future utilities will follow a clearly defined and well planned system. The clarity and exactness of this marking work stand as an important assurance of long-term performance, safety, and overall living comfort within the show apartment.

Following this, the initial MEP installations in the model house have been successfully completed. These early electrical and plumbing integrations create the foundation for the smart, functional, and reliable systems that will enhance the overall residential experience within Bayfancy.

Ongoing Work

Masonry works have now progressed to the 15th floor, maintaining steady progress in the masonry schedule and ensuring quality and consistency across all floors. Meanwhile, plastering teams are currently working on the 8th floor, gradually moving upward as each level reaches the required readiness.
