Information about Bayfancy Residences available at Maldives Expo

Details of the upcoming Bayfancy Residences, a high-end apartment complex under development in Hulhumale' Phase Two, are being showcased at the ongoing Maldives Expo in Central Park.

Bayfancy’s stall at the event, which began last Friday, has received positive interest from visitors, the company said. President Mohamed Muizzu was among those who toured the stall.

The expo, which features over 300 participants, runs until the end of the month.

The 18-storey development is currently 20 percent complete. Bayfancy is offering potential buyers a chance to reserve apartments directly at the expo. Bank of Maldives (BML) is partnered with the project to provide mortgage solutions for eligible buyers.

Marketed as a new standard in luxury living, Bayfancy Residences blends smart home technology with sustainable, eco-efficient design. The project features a range of apartment layouts:

- Noble Apartment (1+1): 735 sq ft, from MVR 3.5 million

- Cozy Residence (2 BHK): 859–906 sq ft, from MVR 4.1 million

- Family Suite (2+1): 1,133 sq ft, from MVR 5.2 million

- Grand Suite (3+1): 1,551–1,925 sq ft, from MVR 6.2 million

- Sky Villa: 6,100–6,500 sq ft, starting at MVR 26 million

Apartments will feature smart systems, natural ventilation, and modern high-spec finishes. Bayfancy describes the project as introducing a “completely new concept” in luxury apartments to the Maldivian market.

The development is led by a Singapore-based real estate company re-registered in the Maldives. Construction began in December last year and has reached the fifth floor.
